Once a purchase has been made it is considered a final closure but some exceptional cases demand a different response to it.
We only consider a product to be returned or exchanged, if:
  • 1). Its packaging or seal is not broken, damaged, altered or used and that all labels and tags are attached/intact.
  • 2). It got defected during the delivery process or initially had a manufacturing defect.
  • 3). A completely different product was delivered; a wrong order was dispatched over to you.
Once, a customer accepted the product on “Cash on Delivery” without having any defects which mentioned above, will not be altered, exchange or returned.
Note: Shipping and handling costs are not refundable..
