Fill all the mandatory field and submit the registration form. Thereafter, you will receive a welcome email from Cool & Cool and this will be your registration confirmation. 

We accept only Cash on Delivery.

Once you will submit your order, a confirmation email will be sent on your registered email address with unique order no. 

You can check the status of your order by calling on 00971 43331132 from Saturday to Thursday between 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Once the order is placed, delivery of the goods will be made within 3 to 5 working days.

Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel or change the order. Hence, please review your order list, shipping and billing information are correct before submitting your order.
